I have been developing and building high-end properties for 15 years throughout Seattle. When I found Edmonds, I knew I had found something special.  I loved the community and decided to move my family and buisiness to downtown. Downtown Edmonds is by far the best walkable commercial district around. I was instantly inpsired to transform one of the properties that has been an eye soar for many years. 

As a small business owner there are not many spaces that meet my needs. Most are too large or set up primarily for retail  or restaraunt space. I wanted to develop a property where I could have a small communtiy office with easy access to neighborhood amenities that alos provided a housing alternative to condominiums. We thought the best way to accomplish both was to bring Live Work units to downtown. 

Likely the large property would have been developed into an apartment building, condo project, or large retail building. Instead of a larger development, we designed a  small community of live work and residential townhomes. The fit and feel of which being less intrusive on the surrounding environment fitting seamlessly into the community. 

We are excited to bring this project to Edmonds and provide business owners like myself to live and work downtown. In addition, we are excited for home buyers to have residential fee simple towhomes available as an alternative to a condominium with high HOA dues.
